The Circle Young Adult Transitional Housing Center 18-24

The Circle Transitional Housing Centers

The Circle Transitional Housing Center, our flagship initiative, is designed to reduce the number of young adults experiencing homelessness, with the long-term goal of reducing chronic homelessness.

Our transitional housing program specifically caters to youth aged 18-24, working closely with them to facilitate their transition to independence.

We employ a Housing First approach, which prioritizes providing stable housing as a foundation for addressing other needs.

Additionally, our program incorporates harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and positive youth development principles to ensure a holistic and supportive environment for our residents.

The Circle Transitional Housing offers the following key components:

  • Up to 24 months of housing for youth ages 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness.
  • A safe and stable shared group home environment.
  • A structured program designed to help youth make improvements towards independence.
  • Focus on education, employment, and other life skills.
  • The ultimate goal of graduating into permanent housing with the ability to live independently.

At the Circle, our mission is to provide unwavering support to youth as they navigate through obstacles and empower them to achieve independent living. With our commitment to their well-being and growth, we strive to break the cycle of homelessness and create a brighter future for our youth.
